Take the steps to become

 ESG ready

Why should we care about understanding ESG?
If it is important to know your impact on:

why

our planet

our people

and show how you manage this…

Then you are ESG minded and it is easier to set up your position than you think.

How And where do you start?

Most companies already know where they stand about how they:
- use and procure business resources
- promote diversity and respect
- maintain policies about aspects of governance

It starts with understanding how you do things and assessing can they be better across your environmental impact, your social impact (people and community) and with transparency so that everyone; employees, partners, the public are clear on where you stand.

what is the Process?

1. Bring together the key people who would give focus to ESG in the organisation
2. Assess together your risks and opportunities
3. Establish the baseline of where you are today and your north star - where you want to be in the future
4. Write the plan down and tell the world

It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time for companies to reasonably shift to sustainable operations and have the right data to measure this.

The important step is… to start.

  • The difference is….. You want to do better than you do today.

And this desire combined with action results in positive impact

  • "Meg helped us immensely in designing and implementing a sustainability strategy within our complex and diverse network.

Applying principles of design thinking, she broke our ask into an actionable plan which allowed her to dive deep into the role that sustainability plays in the businesses of individual network participants. Her insights inspired new goals on our roadmap, and have had a huge impact in driving the broader project's success. Throughout, Meg was organized, on-point, and fantastic to work with.”

who

MEG  DENNIS

I've been a founder, project manager, CX designer and innovation strategy consultant, however before all of these roles I was a farm girl in Eastern Australia. I experienced how fragile life on the land is, livelihood is dependent on the one thing you can never bank on, the weather. I became curious about the planet and solving unpredictable and impossible problems so straight out of high school left the countryside to learn, travel and work through at least a third of the World (and still counting).

When I discovered Design Thinking, the very tools and formulas to solve wicked problems, my personality and career aligned. With the freedom to be empathetic, curious and an original thinker, outcomes became more impactful by designing for people and their relationship with their environment.

With hands on management consulting style using research, design, experimentation, I help people crystalise ideas and implement transformation.
